The canned milk is heat-sterilized to prevent spoilage. 2% evaporated milk can be stored up to 9 months, while regular evaporated milk can be stored for 15 months at 0-15C. ADL Homogenized Evaporated Milk has a creamy flavour and nutritional value similar to fresh milk. Our 2% Evaporated Partly Skimmed Milk is a lower-fat alternative with the same creamy milk flavour.
